ACLU ANNUAL REPORT
As I approached redesigning the ACLU’s 2024 Annual Report, I knew I had to prioritize accessibility, emphasis, and respect. The issues covered, like immigration rights and access to healthcare, deserve to be handled with care and compassion. I created a visually compelling 24-page annual report with a distinct visual identity focusing on a high-contrast, minimal color palette and bold, unapologetic typography. The use of yellow to emphasize pull quotes mimics that of a highlighted page in political pamphlets. This project is an homage to my love of typography and balancing macro and micro type. Alongside stark, powerful images, this annual report tells a story of strength, resilience, and hope for the future.
