Nice to meet you!
I'm Sprout Dickerson, a graphic designer with a passion for finding creative solutions to problems. I have a keen eye for detail and love to make each project a creative collaborative journey between myself and my client. I have experience in publication, social media, brand and exhibition design, specializing in editorial design. I love carefully crafting layouts, book covers and visual identities for print publications.
As a first-generation student entering my senior year at Kent State University, I am pursuing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design with a minor in Photojournalism. I have been involved in various facets of leadership at Kent State, including serving as the Senator for the College of Communication and Information through the Undergraduate Student Government, as well as acting as the Art Director for Fusion Magazine. I currently work as a Graphic Designer for Kent State’s Division of Student Life, creating social media graphics, print media, brand identities and more for different campus identities.
My experiences, both in and out of my career, influence how I approach my life and my work: with care, compassion, determination, and the knowledge that I can create something amazing.
