SQUARE RECORDS REBRAND CONCEPT
As I approached a hypothetical rebranding project for Square Records, I wanted to create something out-of-the-box (no pun intended!). Record stores have the unique ability to go a little wild with their brand personality, so I leaned into quirky authenticity to create a fun, punchy, authentic brand that features heavy-hitting typography and an acidic color palette.
This project allowed me to imagine expanding a brand beyond the style guidelines as I created physical and digital marketing pieces and merchandise examples. I am always eager for an opportunity to further hone my skills, especially in brand development and typography, and the final product feels like a true evolution from their previous brand.
